First Intake Session

90 mins/$110 per session

In our first get-together, we'll dive into what's important to you and what you’re hoping to achieve. We'll touch on any past experiences, current life situations and beliefs about your future. It's all about getting to know you better, figuring out the areas you might want to focus on in our sessions, and pinpointing the perfect place to kick off this journey together.

Following Sessions

55 mins/$110 per session

In the following sessions every 1-2 weeks or monthly check-ins, you will find a safe, calm and judgment-free space to explore what’s holding you back and what can help propel you into the life you envision. I strive to listen and gently challenge you while you work at your own pace to achieve the growth you're looking for one step at a time.
